Curtain Fabrics
Fabric decides more about a finished curtain than any other choice. Weight governs how it hangs, weave governs how it catches light, and colour behaves differently across a full drop than it does on a small piece in the hand.
Work from the room outwards. A south-facing room asks different things of a fabric than a north-facing one, and a curtain drawn every day needs to cope with being handled.
Lining changes light, privacy and handle again. The curtain linings guide covers what each option does.
