Who we work with

A good part of what we sell goes to people specifying for someone else. Interior designers, curtain makers and workrooms, fitters and installers, and property professionals running lettings, refurbishments or multiple units.

If that is you, the useful thing is usually not a catalogue. It is someone who can confirm a component, check a compatibility question or source a range you have already specified.

What we can help with

  • Sourcing to a specification. If a scheme names a pole range, a track system or a fabric, tell us what it is and we will confirm whether we can supply it.
  • Component and compatibility questions. Brackets, corner parts, passing rings and end fittings across the ranges on the brands page.
  • Repeat and multi-window work. Several windows in one property, or the same specification across several properties.
  • Workroom supply. Linings and interlinings and workroom essentials alongside the fabric itself.

The main ranges are in curtain poles, curtain tracks, accessories and on the fabrics page.

How to get in touch

We do not run a separate trade log-in or an online application at the moment. Trade enquiries come through the same route as everything else, and they get to a person rather than a form queue.

Send us the following through the contact page and we can give you a useful answer first time:

  • Your company name and website, if you have one.
  • What kind of work you do: design, curtain making, installation, property or something else.
  • The product categories you buy most, such as poles, tracks, fabric or workroom supplies.
  • The project in hand, if there is one, with window sizes or a specification if you have them.

Terms

We do offer trade accounts. There is no online portal and no application form to fill in: you apply by contacting us and telling us about your business, and we set the account up from there.

Trade pricing is offered on application. What it comes to depends on the volume you buy and the categories you buy in, which is why it is quoted to you rather than published as a single rate on a page.

Lead times are the same as for our standard orders. Made-to-measure curtains take around three to four weeks from order confirmation, and stock hardware is dispatched in the ordinary way, with tracking details emailed to you when it goes.

Anything that affects what you pay or when you get it will be confirmed to you in writing before you commit to an order.

Specifying the whole window

If you are pulling a scheme together rather than ordering a known part, the free design consultation works for trade as well as retail. It is the quickest way to get hardware, fabric, lining and support agreed in one go.
