Cushion Pads

A cushion looks flat and tired when the pad is the same size as the cover. The usual approach is a pad slightly larger than the finished cover, so the corners fill out and the cushion holds its shape.

Filling changes the handle. Feather collapses and moulds around you and needs plumping. A synthetic fill keeps a firmer, more uniform shape and asks less of you.

Sizing follows the cover, so measure the cover rather than the pad you are replacing.
